CONSTITUTION

 The Alumni Association of DIPS College of Education, Dhilwan came into existence in the year 2009 with the following objectives:

Objectives:-

·         To connect alumni, current students, staff associated with the college.

·         To encourage and support a spirit of community amongst members.

·         To promote opportunities for the members to retain association with each other and the university.

·         To maintain, develop and foster loyalty towards the college amongst the members and potential members.

·         To strengthen and support the effectiveness, membership and activities of the recognized alumni groups and promote activities amongst them.

·         To offer advice and assistance in appropriate circumstances to the members and the college.

Name of Association:-

·         The name of the Association is ‘Alumni Association, DIPS College of Education, Dhilwan’.

·         The Association is independent and non- profit organization.

 All the old students are offered membership free of cost. They fill up a registration form which is available in the college.

Alumni fee collected only from current students.

Role of Office Bearers

 Patron-    shall appoint President, Secretary and Teacher Incharge

                        shall guide the executive to achieve goals.

 President-   shall plan and execute the association activities with the help of his executive members.

 Secretary-   shall organize meetings and keep records of all activities. The record shall be kept in the office.

 Members-   shall assist office bearers to achieve association’s objectives.
